1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers in the online store at synouvelle.com.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Pay now,” you place a binding order. We automatically confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods and confirm the shipment to you by email. If we do not accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amounts already paid without undue delay.
The contract languages are German, English, and Italian. You can access and save these Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs and the countries we deliver to are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page, where you will also find the delivery times for each country. We may make partial deliveries, provided you can reasonably be expected to accept them. We will cover any additional shipping costs.
Please provide a phone number when placing your order so that the carrier can reach you.
6. Payment
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and eps bank transfer. The payment methods available in your country are shown at checkout. If you pay by invoice through Klarna, payment is due by the date specified by Klarna. Payments made through PayPal or Klarna are additionally subject to their respective terms.
If you choose prepayment by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details by email after placing your order. We ship your order once payment has been received. If payment has not been received within ten days, the order will be canceled.
7. Discount Codes
The terms for each discount code are set out in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, one discount code may be used per order; discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
9. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full details are set out on our Right of withdrawal page.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Should a product be defective, please contact us at office@synouvelle.com.
11. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data.
13. Governing Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If your habitual residence is in another country, you retain the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country.
